While Advanced Surgical Associates of Northern Minnesota accepts most major health plans, we do not accept United Healthcare Commercial or Medicaid plans.
It’s important that you check your plan’s network coverage to ensure that we are an in-network provider, or to determine the insurance coverage for out-of-network providers. To do this, log on to your insurance plan website or call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
