What should I bring to my surgery appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medications, and a designated adult driver who can remain at the center and take you home after discharge.

How early should I arrive before my scheduled procedure?

We typically ask patients to arrive 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled surgery time to allow for proper pre-operative preparation. Your care team will confirm your exact arrival time during your pre-op call.
